"THE ENGINE ROOM" SPEAR OF DESTINY'S LEGENDARY RHYTHM SECTION
The Engine Room was the powerful
and tight rhythm section of Spear Of Destiny. The rhythm
section featured bass player Stan Stammers, formerly with
Theatre of Hate, and drummer Dolphin Taylor, formerly with
Stiff Little Fingers and the Tom Robinson Band. Dolph
and Stan are both lifelong Chelsea supporters.
Spear Of Destiny's immensely popular albums 'One Eyed Jacks' and 'World
Service' were remastered and released on CD for the first
time in 2008. Also available on CD is their 1986 recordings
of the 'Manor Mobile Sessions', which was to be released
as the bands third studio album in 1986. Listen to any
